A visionary leader and industry pioneer, Dinesh Chandratre laid the foundation of Kelkar Pinnac Housing LLP with the innovative concept of integrating multiple construction consultancies under one roof. Beginning his journey in land revenue consultancy in 1998, he has, over three decades, expanded the organization’s footprint across diverse construction consultancies.

With 27 years of experience in the construction industry, Aniruddha Kelkar carries forward the legacy of his father with passion and precision. An engineer by choice and a developer by vision, he has successfully constructed over 5 lakh sq.ft. and delivered more than 500 homes to date.
